Congratulations to our 2013 Best of Show winners!
On Saturday of the Festival, the Torrey Pines Kiwanis art committee selects the Best of Show in each major medium of art. The selection is based on the artist who demonstrates the highest level of accomplishment in design, execution and presentation. The committee looks for creativity, originality and booth appeal. The committee member will meet the artist and engage in a casual conversation, unbeknownst to the artist that they are a candidate for the Best of Show. The selected artists for Best of Show were announced on Sunday morning of the Festival between 10 am and noon.
